The turnout throughout the district last Thursday was magnificent, the results, both nationally and locally were a vote of confidence for Conservative principles and practice.
I must also thank, my agent Helen Kane and all the Conservative supporters who worked tirelessly to ensure that both the government and the district council can complete the long-term economic plan that is ensuring Britains' future for the next generation.
Locally this means, we can continue with the council house building project the first in 30 years. We can continue to ensure we get the best value for our residents such as with the recent contract with Biffa for the collection of domestic refuse and recycling with annual savings of over £400,000 a year.
There is a great deal of work to be done over the next few years and I am excited to be part of it, so once again thank you and I look forward to working with you to improve Honey Lane Ward, Waltham Abbey town and Epping Forest district for all residents
