Waltham Holy Cross Conservative Club was founded in May 1971 at 35 Honey Lane, Waltham Abbey, Essex EN9 3AS.
The Club is a very friendly club with a relaxed atmosphere which is open every day of the week with live entertainment fortnightly on Saturday evenings.
The bar stocks a selection of lagers and bitters and a guest ale which changes regularly along with a selection of wines and spirits. Within the bar area of the club there is pool table, dart board, crib boards along with gaming machines for members enjoyment.
The Club is very proud of having teams that compete in local leagues such as a darts, crib, fishing and a golf society, which are open to members old and new.
Members may bring their family, and guests in with them but must be signed into the visitors book , membership for Waltham Holy Cross Conservative Club can be applied for in writing to the Club Secretary at the Club address below.
The Club participates in community events too and in June 2012, 57 ladies from four generations of members and their families entered the Race for Life in Trent Park in Enfield as "Olly's Army" with the target of raising £5,000, but amazingly raised more than £10,000 for Cancer Research. A celebration event was held afterwards at the Club with Waltham Abbey Mayor Liz Webster attending to congratulate all the participants on their great joint achievement.
